Senior Resource Consultant
Main Purpose
Drive forward the resourcing strategy and recruit top talent.
Senior Duties
- Coach and mentor junior team members.
- Support and deliver resourcing training sessions.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all candidate engagement in relation to a recruitment process.
- Identify, attract, and engage candidates to fulfil specific recruitment briefs
- Screen prospective candidates over the telephone.
- Actively map and build candidate shortlists for the Account Management and Business Development teams.
- Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks.
- Post all vacancies to the company website.
- Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
- Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management.
Key Competence Requirements
- Minimum 1 year resourcing experience including but not limited to – full candidate management throughout a recruitment life cycle, experienced in searching job boards and social media to fill niche vacancies.
- Ability to influence and engage people at all levels.
- Working to strict targets and deadlines.
- Communication skills – oral and written
- Process driven.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Organised.
- Computing and IT skills.
Key Success Factors
- Interviews, Offers & Placements.
- Candidates identified and CV submissions.
- Successful recruiting calls.
- New candidates registered on the database.
- % of candidates forwarded to interview.
- Leads generated.
