Contracts Administrator

Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will support key business objectives through administrative support to the business and contribute to the smooth running of a busy recruitment office.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and deal with incoming calls.
  • Format candidate CV’s suitable for client submission.
  • Submit contractor and client contracts in a timely manner ensuring communication throughout.
  • Manage contractor compliance ensuring accurate records are maintained on the computerised CRM.
  • General administrative duties as required.
  • Maintain basic social media platforms.
  • Book travel and accommodation as required.
  • Ad-hoc project work as required.
  • Ensure sufficient levels of stationery and place orders as required.

Key Competence/Skill Requirements

  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power-Point.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Competent at multi-tasking.
  • Problem solving.

Experience and/or Qualifications

Essential
  • No essential experience or qualifications are required for this position.
Desirable
  • Prior office administration experience.
  • Degree qualified.

They will proactively perform business development to both new and existing clients, networking and building key stakeholder relationships, managing the full end-to-end recruitment process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through sales, business development, marketing and networking
  • Visit clients to build and develop key stakeholder relationships.
  • Research and build intelligence on target clients, their industries and markets
  • Attend exhibitions and networking events to increase market presence
  • Negotiate charge rates with all prospective new clients
  • Write adverts and perform searches to identify suitable candidates
  • Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks
  • Qualify candidates and assess their suitability against job descriptions
  • Submit all suitable candidates to client vacancies
  • Organise interviews requested and update all unsuccessful applicants
  • Manage pay and salary rates between the client and candidate
  • Process placement information and record all recruitment activities on computerised CRM
