Senior Resource Consultant

Main Purpose

Drive forward the resourcing strategy and recruit top talent.

Senior Duties

  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Support and deliver resourcing training sessions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all candidate engagement in relation to a recruitment process.
  • Identify, attract, and engage candidates to fulfil specific recruitment briefs
  • Screen prospective candidates over the telephone.
  • Actively map and build candidate shortlists for the Account Management and Business Development teams.
  • Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks.
  • Post all vacancies to the company website.
  • Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management.

Key Competence Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year resourcing experience including but not limited to – full candidate management throughout a recruitment life cycle, experienced in searching job boards and social media to fill niche vacancies.
  • Ability to influence and engage people at all levels.
  • Working to strict targets and deadlines.
  • Communication skills – oral and written
  • Process driven.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organised.
  • Computing and IT skills.

Key Success Factors

  • Interviews, Offers & Placements.
  • Candidates identified and CV submissions.
  • Successful recruiting calls.
  • New candidates registered on the database.
  • % of candidates forwarded to interview.
  • Leads generated.
