Extremely easy to deal with

SEP Resource have been extremely easy to deal with and respond to any issues promptly. Working as a Contractor there can sometimes be issues with payment dates but SEP are always on time with payments.

I have had my CV out there for years waiting for the right role to come my way. I have spoken to hundreds of recruitment agents and have experienced all that you could experience as a potential candidate. From the moment Thomas first spoke to me, he demonstrated a clear understand of my CV and dissected exactly what I was looking for with only a short conversation. Recruitment was always a constant challenge for our business, whether that be permanent headcount or contractor resources for project peaks. It is not only important that we can attract the very best people, but also that our brand is always managed with care and professionalism within the marketplace. Ollie was great to work with, he always communicated with me and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole recruitment process. I found the support team to be very efficient and professional too. Prior to my start date I received a full compliance pack from Trisha. The letter outlined key information required to complete the placement process plus a point of contact for any compliance matters. It was all very user friendly and it gave me all the key information required i.e. processes, payment dates etc. My first payment arrived on time which was nice!

SEP Resource Solutions demonstrated that they have an excellent candidate network and hold valuable industry knowledge. I had some reservations with them being a young business and the importance of our vacancy to the business, but they certainly proved me wrong! I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer who works in their Engineering Division. We were struggling internally with a new automation vacancy. Jennifer really took the time to understand our business and what we needed in a candidate. We instantly struck up a good relationship, Jennifer maintained a good degree of contact from her initial recruitment brief until she placed the successful candidate. I was recommended to SEP via a colleague as I was searching for an experienced Senior Project Manager for my team. My Recruitment Consultant was a guy called Ollie, he was very professional and knowledgeable from the outset. He seemed to understand the type of person I wanted for my team and carried out his search. He found me 3-4 excellent candidates who all had excellent CV’s. I have previous experience working with employment agencies in the past and have felt they are not too forth coming with keeping you informed with the process, often being left in the dark!
