Christmas Payroll Schedule


Dear Contractors,

Please note that our offices will close for Christmas at 13:00pm on Friday 23rd December, reopening at 08:30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2023. Please contact the office in advance if you need any assistance during this time.

Due to the Christmas holidays, there are usually a few adjustments to the contractor payment schedules to ensure everyone is paid on time or as close to the agreed date as possible. Please find below the updates for this year.

Bi-Weekly Schedule

There are no changes to the bi-weekly schedule this year. Please ensure invoices and timesheets are received no later than the Monday at 1200 deadline.

4-Weekly Schedule

Due to the office being closed, there will be one adjustment to the 4-weekly schedule this year.

The BAC’s payment scheduled for 3rd January 2023 will now be paid via a same day payment on the 4th of January 2023. If this delay causes you any concern, please contact the office and we will look to arrange an advance for you. NB: The advances are not guaranteed, and you should contact the office immediately to make the necessary arrangements.
