Job Role & Responsibilities

• The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle and is responsible for delivering the scope (in line with the client contract) as per the agreed budget and schedule, whilst ensuring the target margin is realised.
• They are a key figure within the business; driving progress across a number of different departments to ensure our projects are executed in line with our company policies, processes and objectives.
• The Project Manager monitors progress, leads project reviews, drives completion, and summarises project status into internal and external project reports.
• They are also the main point of contact for the client.

Qualifications

• HND in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Formal project management qualification (PMI, APM)
• Demonstratable experience with projects within a construction environment.
• Demonstratable experience of delivering projects under both standard and non-standard contract terms.
• Project Controls experience, including planning, monitoring and reviewing of both schedules and cost.
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and specifications.
