Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all candidate engagement in relation to a recruitment process.
  • Identify, attract, and engage candidates to fulfil specific recruitment briefs.
  • Screen prospective candidates over the telephone.
  • Actively map and build candidate shortlists for the Account Management and Business Development teams.
  • Utilise media platforms to develop and enhance your candidate networks.
  • Post all vacancies to the company website.
  • Complete pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in recruitment agency or in-house recruitment would be an advantage
  • Familiarity of engineering or technical markets would be preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Computing and IT skills.
