A firm favourite with colleagues, clients and candidates, Alexandra joined SEP Resource Solutions in 2022, taking on the role of Resource Consultant, focusing almost entirely upon engineering, construction and technical positions within a variety of specialist sectors.

Focusing upon contract and permanent recruitment, it’s Alexandra’s personality and communication skills that are her greatest strength. From the very first call, she builds rapport and trust with each candidate, putting them at ease as they embark on their journey to find employment. Essential for any successful resource consultant, these qualities are precisely why we asked her to join the team.

What’s more, since day one, her strong academic background and research skills have helped her to grasp the technical requirements of each role with ease, using that information to search for and identify the most appropriate candidate for that position.

Reporting into our head of Recruitment and Operations, Sarah Howard, Alexandra provides a direct, qualified, and efficient service, allowing candidates to move forward in their careers whilst helping employers achieve their strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying, screening, attracting and engaging candidates to fulfil specific recruitment briefs
• Providing pre-employment checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
• Researching and mapping out new and existing customers for potential new candidates
• Complying with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures
