Supporting our clients with both contract and permanent recruitment services, Mia spends the bulk of her time focusing on engineering, construction, and technical positions across multiple specialised sectors.
Extremely motivated and passionate, the energy she brings to her role is infectious, adding immense value to colleagues, clients and candidates alike. Almost always the first to arrive in the morning, since joining the team mid-2023, she’s developed a number of extremely strong relationships, a number of clients having requested her by name on more than one occasion.
Present throughout the entire recruitment process, Mia goes out of her way to understand candidates, whilst her down to earth and approachable nature helps her appreciate their motivations and challenges, creating meaningful relationships along the way.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying, screening, attracting and engaging candidates to fulfil specific recruitment briefs
- Providing pre-employment checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation
- Researching and mapping out new and existing customers for potential new candidates
- Complying with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures
