Submit Timesheets & Invoices

If you’re a contractor working on a timesheeted basis, you can upload your weekly timesheets, weekly expenses and monthly invoices via this form. You can download a copy of the relevant timesheet and expenses form here. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, however, please get in touch.

Once you’ve completed your timesheet/expenses, you’ll need to get them signed by your line manager before submitting it. Depending upon the nature of your contract, you may also need to submit your expenses (potentially with supporting receipts or invoices) for authorisation.

If you would rather not use this form, you can also complete, scan and email the aforementioned documents to timesheets@seprs.co.uk.
